Event Dinner Policy: For Event-Wine Dinners Only... Occasionally we schedule special course dinner events. These event dinners are by reservation only, and must be held with a valid credit card. Your credit information will be held in strict confidence, and will not be charged
unless you attend the dinner or do not cancel within the policy guidelines. We plan for these events for weeks prior to the actual day and search for the proper ingredients to make sure you receive an authentic regional cuisine experience. Because of this, we have instituted a cancellation policy as follows:
Customers making cancellations a week in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Customers making a cancellation 24 to 48 hours in advance of the event will be charged 50% of the price of the event unless we can fill your spot with a waiting list customer. Customers who cancel within 24 hours of the
event will be charged the full cost of the event unless we can fill your spot with a waiting list customer. If an emergency occurs, please make every effort to find someone to take your place. Thank you.
