Cosmo's Cheese Course
This course will highlight two or three of the over 40 cheeses we keep in our delicatessen by pairing them with
accompaniments such as spiced nuts, fresh fruits, savory antipasti or flavorful chutneys.
Scampi
Large prawns sauteed with white wine, creamery butter and fresh minced garlic.
Eggplant Parmesan
Pan seared eggplant slices layered with fresh marinara and four cheeses then baked to bubbly perfection.
Mediterranean Antipasti
Feast your eyes and your palate on an entire head of roasted garlic, Cosmo’s hummus, roasted red peppers,
feta cheese, kalamata olives, and char-grilled pita bread. Enough for two!!
Calamari Fritti
We use an arborio crust to get just the right crunch for this fried calamari dish. Served with pesto-aioli.
Bruschette di Giorno
Our chefs concoct a different topping for this dish each day! Ask your Server for today's offering.
Risotto Cakes
Two large roasted garlic and fresh herb risotto cakes served with flavored aioli.

Antipasto Salad
Fresh field greens topped with pepperoncini, dry salame, provolone, Greek olives and drizzled with our house-made red-wine vinaigrette.
Warm Goat Cheese
Spring greens topped with lightly breaded and sauteed goat cheese medallions, cranberries, and crisp toasted pecans.
Drizzled with fruity vinaigrette.
Caesar Salad
Crisp, fresh romaine crown leaves tossed with a zesty Caesar dressing and topped with
imported Italian Parmesan cheese and our own croutons. Anchovies available upon request.
Grilled Garlic Chicken Caesar
Top our Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast strips.
Cosmo's House Salad
Tender spring greens topped with Spanish onions, fresh cucumber and roma tomatoes and
drizzled with our own house red-wine vinaigrette.
Greek Salad
Crisp greens topped with roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, Spanish onion, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese.
Served with a light lemon-parsley vinaigrette
Caprese Salad
Vine-ripened tomato slices layered with mozzarella fresca and julienned basil.
Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and our house currant-balsamic vinegar.
Entrees
Entrees are served with your choice of a cup of our house-made soup di giorno or house salad
and Tuscan bread  with our own extra virgin olive oil and black currant balsamic dipper.

Tender fettuccine cooked al dente and tossed with our own creamy Alfredo sauce.

Baby spinach sauteed with Italian sausage, crimini mushrooms, fresh garlic, olive oil and tossed with

Pale golden onion and seared pancetta tossed with creamy mascarpone and our house red sauce.
Topped with imported Italian parmesan.
Capellini Pomodoro
Tender angel hair pasta tossed with fresh tomatoes, garlic, herbs, olive oil and imported Italian parmesan cheese.

Chicken Parmigiana
Moist chicken breast dipped in herbed bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and sauteed to perfection then topped with bubbly
mozzarella cheese and finished in the oven. Served with herbed pasta and red sauce and topped with freshly grated Parmesan.
Chicken Saltimbocca
Tender chicken breast lightly floured and sauteed with prosciutto, fresh sage leaves, mushrooms and rich marsala.
Served with herbed pasta.
Chicken Firenze
Stuffed with creamy imported Italian fontina, savory sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach, this 5oz. chicken breast is breaded,
sauteed, and gently finished in the oven. Served atop toasted Israeli cous cous tossed with spinach, herbs, and parmesan.
Beef Gorgonzola*
A 6oz. filet mignon char-grilled and topped with our gorgonzola sauce, gorgonzola crumbles, and caramelized onions.
Served with char-grilled polenta and sauteed mushrooms.

Steak Farrotto*
If you've never tried farro, you're in for a treat!! This char-grilled 6oz. filet mignon is stuffed with crisp pancetta, mushrooms and
onions and served over farro served in the style of risotto for a creamy, savory robust combination reminiscent of the old country!

Frutti di Mare...
Spicy Tuscan Prawns
Large, sweet prawns sautéed in sun-dried tomato butter with hot pepper flakes and tossed with white wine, artichokes and
mushrooms.  Served over herbed pasta.  (This dish has a little heat!!)
Salmon Roma
Seven ounces of wild-caught King salmon brushed with olive oil and lemon and char-grilled, then
topped with fresh roma tomatoes, herbs, and minced garlic and baked to perfection. Served with toasted Israeli cous cous.
Seafood Palermo
Mixed seafood sauté served over herbed pasta with a zingy sauce of tomatoes, wine, artichokes, capers,
mushrooms & caramelized Spanish onions. Served with herbed pasta.
Cioppino
This Italian-American dish started with the families of the fishermen in San Francisco and spread across the country!
A brothy seafood stew, we make ours with fresh chopped vegetables, fresh herbs, secret spices, white wine, and tomatoes.
